Antiques are restored using traditional & modern techniques. All stripping is done by hand and no machine sanding is done.

 

Missing fittings can be copied using a unique brass casting system.

Timber parts can be turned and manufactured using old veneers and timbers.

 

For a longer lasting finish some customers  may require modern polishes and finishes. These are applied and then hand finished to give a true Antique look and feel but without the need for much maintainance and additional after care.

Modern new furniture of any style or age can be in need of a repair. We specialise in up to date finishes and can match any colour or sheen level.

 

Common problems are caused by nail varnish remover splillages, plug in room scent leaks or other chemicals ruining the surface of new furniture.
